Now Ernesta Mondragon is suing the Dallas police department.
Indeed there is a federal law that request commercial driver to speak enough English in order to identify their load but this is not the case. The Dallas police department Chief David Kunkle has apologized to Ernesta Mondragon and the Hispanic community but also called for an inquiry due to previous prior case.
